Weekend Essentials ft. The Versatile Weekender Bag

It's the weekend once again! I wonder, how are you guys gonna spend your weekend? Well, whatever it is, let's get ready with these essentials that we should have to have no matter how we spend these days.

  • Wallet / Money

Let's face it, we can't get anywhere without it especially when you are about to deal with transportation fees, food and water. Include here your ID's or cards that you think you may need.

  • Phone

A way to stay in contact with the people you are about to meet or you are leaving behind and for searching information on where you are about to go.

  • Extra shirt

You'll never really know how much you'll need one until you actually need it. Just bring a lightweight and neutral colored one in case of emergency or if you just need a change of clothes.

  • Book

The weekend is the best time to catch up on some reading, no distractions and you won't have to worry when you get too invested on the story.

  • Journal / notebook

It's not everyday you get to spend your time like this so, when you take a break, you can write down your thoughts and your experiences no matter how good or bad because it's a nice remembrance of the moment.

  • Sunglasses

This is a must have for me since I live in a place where we have humid weather. The sun is always shining (except for rainy days of course) and a good pair is a way of protecting your ways from too much sun. And it comes in handy when you are having one of those weekends where you don't want to put makeup or anything on since you look like you've tried even if you didn't.

  • Necessities (Makeup, Hand sanitizer, alcohol, deodorant)

Basically everything you think you may need when you are out and about, staying somewhere else or your friend's house. Packing up everything saves you the time and the money instead of heading out to buy things that you'll probably only use for a day or two.

  • Weekend Bag

A good spacious bag is the way to go if you plan to bring so much things without the hassle. It's capable of carrying everything you'll need and would still match your outfit. Mine is the Versatile weekender black bag and I got it from oh my bag ph. It's worth PHP 599 and if you guys aren't familiar with oh my bag ph, they sell bag care products like bag and shoe stuffers (depending on which size of bag you have), dust bags, bag shapers, bag raincoats, base shapers and handle wraps. So bag lovers out there, do check them out to prolong the life of your bags in an inexpensive way. Like for real, I am totally eyeing their bag raincoats at the moment.

A little sample of what they have (screenshot from their website): To see more, click HERE

Hope you guys have a fun weekend! And tell me, what are your weekend essentials?

Disclosure: The versatile weekender black bag was sent to me by oh my bag ph to review. All opinions / statements made were based off on my experience towards their product.

Best Of 2015 || Beauty Products

So instead of me doing a monthly favorites this month, I thought that I would do my best or mostly used products for this whole year and I really picked out the ones that I think everybody else should try out.

  • Stila all day liquid lipstick in Patina
I have been wearing this shade whenever I see myself wear a plain tee or just anything ordinary since it does make a bold statement even if I had minimal to no makeup on. Click here for the price and review.

  • Stila all day waterprood liquid eyeliner
This would have to be my all time favorite eyeliner because of how opaque the product is and how easy it is for me to play around with how I put it around my eye. Click here for the price and review.

  • LOL (lots of love) bronzing powder
A very subtle bronzer that is good for an everyday wear. It stays in tact for awhile and easily buildable if you want more of an effect to your look. Click here for the price and review.

  • NYX soft matte lip cream in Abu Dhabi
A super simple shade that is quite similar to the natural lip color. I like to call this my "when in doubt" product because of how natural the finish is to the lip and it's matte. Click here for the price and review.

  • Benefit roller lash
Works as a eye curler + mascara. Most beneficial for those who are on-the-go. Read more about that here.

  • Lush daddy-o Purple shampoo
Used this ever since I started bleaching my hair to avoid having brassiness and it worked like a charm. The scent is not too strong but very subtle to the nose and it lasts the whole day on my hair.

  • Chic "Gypsetter" from the boho chic! collection
A periwinkle blue nail polish. Super cute that for me is perfect for all occassions.

  • Silky girl moisture rich lipstick in Sensual
If you are looking for a cheap but good quality lipstick, then this collection is for you. More details here.

  • Chromastix Hair chalk intense
I used this last Halloween and loved it! If I wanted a temporary hue to my hair, I'll definitely reach for this because of how amazing it looks. And, it's pretty cheap too. More about this here.

  • Nichido Tru Lashes Eyelash Adhesive
It may look small but it definitely does it's job. I admit that I don't often wear fake eyelashes and when I do, I find myself struggling at the middle of the day to keep it in my eye due to bad quality glue. This however helped my lashes to stay intact throughout the day.

  • Real Natura Organics Soft Matte Lip Gem in Caramel Glaze
A nude lipstick that is perfect for an everyday wear plus, the brand promotes all organic (cruelty-free babes!). Check out more of this here.

  • Mac Matte Lipstick in Velvet Teddy
I have been hunting this lipstick down for the whole year and finally got it this month. I love it! I finally get why it's always sold out because of how amazing the quality and lasting power is. I will be posting a more elaborate review on this in January so stay tuned for that.

  • Rucy's Vanity Mascara in Black
I mentioned above that Roller lash from Benefit is indeed one of the top mascaras this year for me but due to it's fast expiration (mascaras tend to only last for 2-3 months max) and it's price, it did break my heart to stop using it. This mascara however is really cheap and does almost exactly the same job as the roller lash. The packaging is very sleek and professional and the wand prevents the mascara from plumping. To know more, click here.

  • Virgin Coconut Oil
I just started using VCO on myself this year and all I could say is, why haven't I used this sooner? It's a miracle product all on it's own due to having so much benefits just by using it everyday or when you need it. The brand actually doesn't matter since they are all made from the same ingredients and they are natural. A little spoiler, I will be posting a "why I love virgin coconut oil" here on my blog around January so keep an eye out for that one.

What were your favorites this year?

Disclosure: I am in no way sponsored by any of the brands I've mentioned. All statements were based on my own experience.

Product Empties | August 2015

Hello everybody! I think that it has been awhile since I last posted a product empties entry so now I managed to finish up some products until the very last drop and write about my experience on using all of them. I do wanna say that not all the products I have here are what I actually like and I just finished it because I didn't really wanna waste it and also because I wanted to make sure of what I experience and think about the specific product.

For bath / shower products...

First off is the Tresemme Expert Selection Platinum Strength Shampoo. P125 ($2.67). I had really high expectations for this product all because I keep seeing all these girls that recommend these have such fabulous hair ( I know, I shouldn't really believe everything I hear) and this didn't really do anything amazing for me, I do like the scent though and it lasts for awhile on my head (unless I'm sweating the whole day ofcourse) but anything else, I think its a nah /  meh for me. I would still try out other Tresemme products in the future because I do really wanna prove myself wrong.

If there's a shampoo, there is a conditioner. Herbal Essences Color Me Happy Conditioner. I think for the size of this product, it costs around P210 ($4.49). Alright, so this is the product that I really love. Most of the time, I have colored hair and I always used to have problems with maintaining my hair color and when I used this, my hair color lasted for awhile, some little ones have faded but not at all noticeable. So if you ever have colored hair and is looking for a conditioner for it, I highly recommend this product and I would repurchase it again soon and would also wanna try out the Shampoo version of this if there is any because whenever I go out and look for it, I only see the conditioner. Also, it has a lovely scent that I'm kinda addicted to.

For Skin care...

Next product, St. Ives Blemish Control Green Tea Gel Cleanser. Forgot how much this costs, but more or less P299 ($6.40). I think I have been using this product for quite awhile now and just managed to finish it recently. I really wanted to like this product because of all the positive reviews I keep seeing, but sadly, it didn't really work that well for me. I have no idea why but whenever I use this, I keep having these little pimples on my face and also, I find this pretty difficult to use because of how painful it is on my skin. Maybe it's just me, but I loved their scrubs, just not this cleanser.

The iWhite Nose Pack. P18 ($0.39). Me and my brother has finished a ton of these little sachets for the past few months. Being as cheap at it is, I think that it is definitely worth the investment. It does it's job which is to remove the blackheads and also tightens up the pores. It also isn't that much painful to remove. I actually gave 1 sachet to my friend and she also loved this product that I think she is now buying some of her own. 1 sachet, for me lasts until 4-5 uses, it isn't resealable but it's fine even if I leave it in my drawer just like that, just make sure that there's no excess product dripping from the packaging. Speaking of excess product, the only down side from this is how messy the application is but yeap, comparing it to it's price I think that it isn't too bad. So if you see this around, do try them out.

For Scent..

I have the Guess Seductive Perfume. This was actually a gift from my mom and she got it from Israel so I'm not sure how much she got this for. Not gonna lie, at first I was pretty reluctant to use this because I seem to think that the scent is quite different than how I'm used to. It doesn't smell bad, but it kinda reminded me of being on pageants and the atmosphere just practically reeks of this scent, but the good kind not the hairspray everywhere kind. But when I did start to use it frequently, I do experience random people asking me what scent am I using or trying to guess it with other brand names. It isn't my holy grail perfume, but I still like it for a professional or meeting someone kind of day. So yea, another recommendation from me and I would actually repurchase this again when I can (and if I have the money).

For Makeup...

I have just recently finished up my Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation and I just have the travel sized one from a package that I bought back in May. For me, having oily skin, I didn't quite enjoy this product after awhile. It does provide a good amount of coverage, but having it to battle against the humid weather in the Philippines, it's kind of a disaster. I did a more in depth review on this product HERE if you guys wanted to know more of it.

Last product is my Benefit Roller Lash Mascara.  P1,700 ($36.37). If you have been reading my blog for awhile, you would know that I practically raved about this product so much because of how good this actually is. The only downside I have for this product is the price. Being someone who doesn't go out or need to put on makeup every single day, I think that this isn't that worth it for me. And if you haven't known by now, mascaras only tend to last for about 2-3 months before they expire, so having to keep using this once I opened it was quite a struggle because I got that feeling where I don't wanna use it all up too fast because of how expensive it is and then there's I have to finish up this mascara soon or I'll waste my money that I used to get this. Putting it in the fridge does help to lengthen the days where it won't expire, but still, if you are more of a budget friendly beauty junkie, I wouldn't really suggest you to get this. But if you are, and if you do love to put on makeup most of the time, then I can assure you that you will not regret this product. I have a more in depth review on this product HERE just incase you need to learn more about this mascara.

So that is it for my Product Empties and I hope that you guys have found this useful. Also, do comment below for any more questions involving these products or if you have any other suggestions that are quite similar to what I've shown you that you'd think would work well or better.

Thanks for reading and until the next blog!

What's In My Makeup Bag?

Although I may have a huge wish list on the makeup that I wanna try, I have a set from my collection that I used quite often. It does change from time to time when I wanna change up my look but these have always been a must for my everyday makeup.

So I use Benefit's Stay Flawless 15-hour Primer all over the places that need prepping and then I take my Benefit's Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation in the color "I'm so money honey" and put it all over my face. Next I use Benefit's Fake Up Concealer in the shade 02 Medium to hide my dark spots, blemishes or under my eyes. I set them using my Benefit's Hello Flawless powder in the shade "I'm cute as a bunny honey".

Before I start doing all of the over makeup, I put on my Classic Cherry Chapstick so that my lips would be moisturized enough when it's time to put lipstick. And then I fill in my eyebrows using my Drawing Eye Brow in the color #2 from Etude House. Doing my eyebrows takes up most of my time and when I'm satisfied, I apply my Color My brows in the color #2 from Etude House to set and also lighten the color of my brows to match my hair color. Next is I will be using my BYS Eyeliner Pencil in the color 31 Sky Blue for my water line just to bring out my natural dark brown eyes color. Lastly for the eyes I use my Roller Lash By: Benefit and yes, I don't need to use an eyelash curler 1 is because my mascara does the job of lifting it up and I don't really like carrying an eyelash curler. So I do love this mascara alot.

Lastly, I have 2 lipsticks in my makeup bag that I carry everyday, and they are the Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream in the color Abu Dhabi and Stila All Day Liquid Lipstick in 03 Patina. I use them both depending on what color I feel like rocking that day. So I apply which one that I would like and done! Most of these guys are travel size so I don't really have a problem carrying this little kit wherever I go and is pretty much a life saver when I have to go to some event unexpected.

So those are all the products that are on my makeup bag and do tell me, Are any of these products are in your makeup bag too? Or what are some things that are in your makeup bag? I'm really thinking of changing or building a new makeup bag so do leave some suggestions below!

Thanks for reading! Until the next blog.

Current Wish List 2015

Alright, So I have been window shopping quite a lot these days and I tried to narrow down all the products into 5 of my most wanted at the moment. I always have these wish lists on my phone so whenever I visit a beauty store I could look at my phone and see what product I wanted. That way, I won't get overwhelmed and buying stuff that I don't really need. So here is my wish list! Take note I am posting the price of it in dollar and Philippine peso.

1. ORLY Matte Top Coat.($10) Here, this costs P449.75 which is $9.96.I am inlove with matte anything and I had my flormar matte polishes but they only release so few colors and I already have 3 of them. So when I saw this I was so tempted to get it but when I went to the mall I totally spaced and forgot that I needed this in my life. Well I guess I know what I'm gonna get the next time I head out.

2. Benefit Porefessional ($31) Here it costs P1,700 which is $37.64. I have heard good reviews about this product and almost everyone has it. I'm actually a bit confused on which to get.. the smashbox photo finish pore minimizing primer ($39) or this one. But since I think that this one is a bit more cheaper then I guess I would give this one a try first.

3. Benefit Hoola Bronzer ($28) Here in the Philippines it costs P1,600 which is $35.43. Okay, so I am probably the only person who has not tried this product out yet. Again, so many people have been using this and little old me keeps buying other products rather than this one and this has been on my wish list for so long so I now I'm pretty sure I really do need it.

4. No Drought Dry Shampoo by: Lush ($13.95) Here it costs P575 which is $12.73. I am a fan of 2nd - 3rd day hair but have never applied or used any dry shampoo in my life. When I asked some of my friends on what brand should I try, they recommended me to get this one. They say that it doesn't leave some white stuff on your hair and it smells okay. I now probably know that this is really an awesome product by the fact that whenever I keep visiting the lush store near me, it is always sold out. So if I ever see this I will get it with no questions asked.

5. NYX Micro Brow Pencil ($10 or P451.60). They say that this product could be a dupe for the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz ($21 or P948.35) which is not actually unattainable in my current country but it seems to be everybody's favorite eyebrow pencil. So when I heard that NYX released a product that is quite similar to this, I just know I had to get it because I always end up with the crappiest eyebrow pencils ever. But sadly, this product hasn't been released in the Philippines yet too. So I am still waiting and very excited about it.

So tell me, what is on your wish list? Do we have some of the same stuff or have you guys tried these out already? Leave a comment below if you did or if you wanna suggest me some other products as well.

Until the next blog!

Back To School: Beauty Essentials!

Good Day Everybody! I know I'm pretty late with the back to school post (classes in the Philippines started last June 1st) but I think this will still be helpful if you wanted to grab some stuff that you now know that you need or if you're classes haven't started yet, then you'll need these beauty products for sure. So let's get started!

So, when I was in high school, I experimented with lots of makeup but due to the school policy, I had to keep it to a minimum. Although, that didn't really stop me to look pretty and still express myself yet still looking natural.

1. Concealer for me back then is my best friend. With this product, I could hide some unwanted blemishes or spots that my adolescent days were giving me. I didn't really like having them and it irritates me that my classmates tend to notice it whenever they talk to me. So this is a life saver. (Fake Up Concealer by: Benefit. I got it on a travel size from the flawless four package that included other products for about P1,300.)

2. A little blush goes a long way. Ever had one of those days where you look like you just wanna go home, you feel that your face is so flushed that it makes you look like you aren't a morning person? Well, try and invest on some light blush on. Besides looking cute, having some color in your face makes you look like you did some effort putting yourself together since it makes your cheeks pop but not clashing with your school uniform. Finding the right light blush color for your skin tone would really look natural and doesn't restrict you from experimenting with makeup while at school. (Nichido Cheek Mousse from Watsons. I remember getting this for about P164 before.)

3. Hair tie. Okay, seriously though, how many hair ties do you lose in a week? Uhuh, yea me too. I lose quite a lot because when your at school, you tend to want to tie your hair in the middle of the day and sometimes other girls would borrow from you too. Taking it off at the end of the day and finding it the next day is always a struggle if you aren't a super neat kid (Yea, I'm not organized with my hair ties at all). So, do try and buy those little hair ties that are way too many for you to even lose and put it in your makeup bag. That way, you won't have to waste time struggling to find where you last placed your hair tie and actually do some work with that time. (Hair ties from Forever 21. P89)

4. Lip Balm. Yes you do need this since when you are in school, the weather seems to be on it's best with confusing how you should feel. (Especially now in the Philippines it's either raining or sunny.) I don't know why but my lips are the best to react to weather changes so this is a necessity for me or if you just have really dry lips and don't feel like packing on some vaseline on it then this is the best way to go. This is also a replacement if you wanted some color on your lips but don't want to go to heavy on lip sticks, just buy the tinted ones that you know won't break the school policy. (Cherry Chapstick from Watsons. I forgot the price but below P100)

5. Hair Removal Cream. Okay, so I had this issue before that when I shave or pluck, my arm pits just gets irritated by it and makes me self conscious whenever there's an event at school that I must wear some things that are sleeveless. So if you are having the same problem, you could try using the hair removal cream. Just make sure you do a patch test first before you actually use it to make sure you aren't allergic to the product and make sure you follow the instructions. (Veet Hair Removal Cream from Watsons. More or less P116)

6. Powder. I think that if you don't like having a full on coverage but have super oily skin, then do invest on some good powder. It makes you look a bit more flawless and controls the oils on your skin. There are just those times where you'll have to reapply but not really that bothersome. (Hello Flawless Powder by: Benefit. I got it on a travel size from the flawless four package that included other products for about P1,300.)

Alright, so I guess that are some of the beauty necessities that got me through my high school days. It isn't a lot yes, but it did make a difference. So hopefully you guys found this helpful and +1 or comment down below your suggestions or what are your beauty essentials for school.

Thanks for reading guys, until the next blog!

Review: Benefit Roller Lash.

Heeeey guys! I'm back with a new review and this time it is all about Benefit's Roller Lash. This product was one of my 1st ever purchase at Benefit ( I know I'm pretty late). The reason I decided to finally get this one is because of all the hype everybody has been giving it. Whether they'll feature it on their favorites or their empties post that convinced me to say "Okay I'll try it". So now, here we are!

Disclaimer:
Honestly, I am not a makeup professional just yet, I just really love makeup and as you guys may know, I am working on my journey to beauty and as a, I wouldn't really say a "beginner" but somewhere in between, I tend to experiment and make a ton of mistakes along the way while having fun and learning new techniques.

Item Description:
It's a roller for lashes! The eye opening Hook' n' Roll brush grabs, saparates, lifts and curls.. while the instant curve-setting formula holds for 12 hours.

97% said it visibly lifts lashes, 87% said it gives long-lasting curl, 94% said eyes look more wide open.

Price: P1,300. I bought mine at Rustan's Shangri-La.

How to use:
Left eye no mascara, right eye using the roller lash.
From the base of your lashes, wiggle the wand until you reach the tip, I did this the wrong way and ended up having some clumps so be sure to grab the eyelash and wiggle it!

Do repeat as necessary, Mine took 1 application to have visible curls, but I wanted them to be more curled so I did another coat and this is the result:

What I think of this product:

1 application.

clean or no mascara.
I'm actually really happy with the way it turned out, You could see my eye on the left that I didn't apply any mascara there and on the right I used 2 applications of this mascara, No eye curler used.

I naturally have long but straight (almost like a hood) eyelashes. Usually it takes me quite awhile to just get my eyelashes to curl and with this product, I actually managed to curl it in an instant. I also tried this out while I was doing the groceries, and unlike my other mascaras, I didn't have to worry about this product smudging or having its effect fade.

I recommend this for girls who are on-the-go. The brush of this product prevents it from grabbing too much product that tends to wear down your lashes.

Will I repurchase? Yes I will, I love it so much! I also read from the instructions that this works best with combining it with they're real mascara. Mainly, apply this roller lash mascara first then follow it up with the they're real mascara. So I guess I will be investing in that too.

SO, I guess that's it for this product. I could literally go on and on about this but I wanted to keep it as short as possible, which I think I didn't do good on that, but anyway, I hope this post has been helpful if you are looking to purchase this or if you just wanted to see what the fuss was about.Share it or +1 or comment below if you guys have other techniques or tips about this mascara and if you have suggestions for other makeup for me to try.

Until the next blog!

Mini Haul: Benefit, Lush, Etude House & Forever 21!

Dear bro, thanks for taking this pic.
And understanding my vanity.

I just got home, with goodies from the mall! *Insert overjoyed greeting here*

WARNING: MY NAILS ARE CHIPPED SO I APOLOGIZE IF IT MAY BOTHER SOME OF YOU. I WAS TOO EXCITED TO POST THIS BLOG THAT I FORGOT TO REDO MY NAILS.

So, I am going to make my 1st ever OFFICIAL "Mini Haul". A mini haul because I didn't really buy much but I am telling you, after buying all these stuff I feel like I bought too many already.

Okay, so if you guys read my blog before this one, I mentioned that me and my brother went to the mall today. Yeap, we did go and bought his PSVita but what was unexpected was my little splurge. So without further ado let's get started!

Rustan's "Beauty" floor.
After buying my brother's PSVita at Datablitz at SM Megamall, we then went to Shangri-la so I could go and get some benefit cosmetics. To be honest, I could count with only 1 hand the times I shopped at Rustan's all because it intimidates me since I always see people who "look rich" going in and out of there and kind of made me think that Rustan's has pretty expensive stuff, in which case is yes its true.

Okay so, when me and my brother went inside the beauty floor I thought I just saw heaven. Seriously, EVERYTHING is there like MAC, NARS, Channel, Dior, EVERYTHING! (Except for urban decay which I didn't actually notice if they have it or not.). We went straight to the benefit section because I was so excited and I was thankful that a really nice woman assisted me on picking the items I needed.

A little disclaimer: I am not sponsored by Benefit or any brands that I will talk about here. This is not a review since I haven't tried the items yet except testing it before I bought it. I may or may not post reviews on these items in the future.

What I purchased at Benefit:
It took me a few minutes trying different samples until I finally decided which ones I'm gonna get which are: the limited edition flawless four travel kit and the roller lash mascara.

Roller Lash by: Benefit
Price in Philippine Peso : P1,300

Do I even need to explain why I considered making the roller lash to be one of my 1st purchases at benefit?

From what I heard and watched, this is such an amazing mascara. They said that it does the job of the regular eye curlers (that is a pain in the ass inside my makeup bag I may add) while making it longer and makes the eyes look more wide open.

It has a plastic applicator which as a "beginner" on using mascara is quite common for me to encounter whenever I buy them. Well, from watching make-up gurus advice is that not all plastic applicators grab the eyelashes enough to give it a proper curl but then again I saw most of them now are loving this mascara so when I saw it I just got to have it in my makeup collection.

Limited Edition: The Flawless Four Travel Kit.
Price in Philippine Peso: P1,300

This kit is actually the reason I really wanted to go to benefit. It has the Stay flawless 15-hour primer, Fakeup hydrating crease-control concealer, Hello flawless oxygen wow brightening makeup SPF 25 PA+++, Hello flawless custom powder cover-up and a little brush with benefit engraved in it all in tiny travel sized containers which is good for me because I really wanted to test all these out that it worried me it will cost so much, but with this it is a lot more cheaper and it won't go to waste.

I actually saw this kit at benefitbeautyph on instagram, for a moment after I saw it in person I was kinda worried that its too pricey because all of them are so tiny, but then I thought that its not like I'll be able to use all of these on one go and again, its a chance for me to try everything.

It's Lush Time!
Having to be used to just buying drugstore makeup and skin care items, it was quite a surprise that I finally invested more on these items that I would normally just roll my eyes on and move on because of how expensive they are. But I guess, there is a time for everything. Like me, all of a sudden caught myself walking into the lush store at Shangri-la!

Again, I am thankful that the ladies that assisted me are very nice, helpful and treated me like any other interested buyer on their products. I won't lie, the prices didn't actually surprise me. I don't know if its because I starting investing and being more open minded about these products that I realized that lush has practical prices on their items.None of which I am brave enough to buy yet but I am going to read and watch reviews about certain products that caught my eye.

"Breath Of Fresh Air" Toner Water by: Lush

Price in Philippine Peso: P325

Oh yes, I couldn't help it. This toner caught my eye because 1st, let's be real: it is one of the cheapest ones I saw and I never had a toner that is "spray-on". Plus, I realized that after reading the ingredients, I actually managed to pronounce and know most of them which actually made me fee smart inside (sure Joyce, everyone would want to buy an item that makes them feel smart).

For real though, I did actually saw someone on youtube actually using this and she said it works great for her. I didn't go inside Lush aiming to see this item but when I did, I decided to go ahead and give it a try.

ETUDE HOUSE!
There is just no question when you see me walk into an etude house stall, I absolutely LOVE their stuff! Most of my makeup are all from here like my BB cream, my eyebrow gel and pencil, my nails stuff and my face masks.

I didn't really need to repurchase my makeup and nail colors because like what I'm aiming for, I want to be more adventurous on the makeup field so, I just went ahead and bought only my favorite face mask:

"Tea Tree" Face Mask by Etude House
Price in Philippine Peso: P58

I just started using this mask since January and until now, it never fails to pamper me. Besides from its great smell, it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth for at least 3 days.

I really love using this while I'm just laying down and having those I just wanna daydream moments. I honestly feel like I'm gonna fall asleep while having this on my face for 15 minutes.

I might make a review about this item because I am just loving it so much!

UPDATE: My review for this mask is located HERE.

And I thought I just wanted to check out the makeup I was curious about..
Whenever I go to SM Megamall, I just have this habit that I'll go inside H&M and Forever 21 because most of my current favorite clothing pieces that I own are from there. I tried and failed to break this habit but then I needed wifi. For some reason, I can't connect to the wifi from any other location except inside forever 21 and I am not making this up, I just tried to go in to see if I'll get a signal and then when I did I started chatting with my mom while walking around the store and finding this super cute dress.

"Short Black Dress" from Forever 21
Price in Philippine Peso: P1275

I just realized it may look abit creepy but my goodness, this dress is super cute when I put it on. I really couldn't resist not getting it. It was under the "California" section and it was the last one there. And yes, it's the one I'm wearing on the 1st photo up on this blog.

I wasn't really a fan of the "peter pan" collar because whenever I try on clothing that has that collar, I look like I'm a little girl. I'm already small so making me wear things like this really doesn't flatter me although when I tried this on I just loved how it looked on me. Oh well, a first for everything once again.

me and bro @J.CO

I guess what I'm trying to say is, it's been a great shopping or splurging day for me and I do not regret buying these items, then again I have yet to try them all (except from the face mask since I use it all the time but you know what I mean.).

I am currently munching on some doughnuts while editing this blog and I will probably regret eating so much later on but anyway....

I will now publish this and hope that you guys would also share and recommend me some items to try out because let's face it, I'm pretty much a newbie and would really appreciate your suggestions.

Until next blog!
