What I Got For Christmas 2018

It's that time of the year when almost every blogger/vlogger are uploading their posts or videos about what they got for Christmas and I am definitely one of those people who will binge watch and read all of them. That made me enjoy making my own as well so I'm excited to post this but I'm kind of rushing it because my mom is visiting us so I'll be spending most of my time with her.

Like always though, I got to pick out my own presents and at the same time, save the rest of what's left for the rest of the year which I think is the best thing ever. Basically, it's a haul / what I got for Christmas and I will include the prices of each one in case anyone is wanting the same things for themselves or to give as a gift and is curious about how much they were.

  • Chloe Classic Perfume (Gift Set)
Duty Free (128 USD)
I feel like I get a new perfume each year just because I am obsessed with perfumes as it is. Each year I'm looking to try out a new scent, specifically from a different brand every single time. This is my first ever Chloe perfume so I guess it's just suiting that I get the classic scent. This is one of my purchases that I have thought about all year and was thrilled to finally get it because 1. it is cheaper than the mall price because it's from Duty Free and 2. In time for Christmas and before the year ended.

  • Plaid Skirt Jumper
Forever 21 (PHP 899)
My mom and I was just going around the mall trying to find shoes and accessories for an event that we're heading to by the end of the year when I saw this and thought it was the cutest thing ever. I definitely saw this jumper from other girls on Pinterest, tumblr, Instragram and everywhere else. I always thought they looked so pretty and girly but never really went out to find them for myself just because I didn't see them for sale whenever I head to the mall and stuff and I haven't put on extra effort on finding this specific jumper. It was definitely on sale but I forgot how much was the original price and 899 for me is already within my price range for these things so I'm happy about it.
  • Dirty White Sweater
Lazy Fare @ Glorietta 1 (PHP 200)
I am guilty for having so many of these types of sweaters but I never owned one in white. My mom actually dislikes my sweater collection but I find them really comfortable, they make sweaters that are really thin that's okay to wear with the humid weather that the Philippines has. Also, I don't have to think too much about what to pair with them because they go well with shorts, skirts, pants or whatever. So when I found this and saw that it was cheap, I just decided to get it.

  • High Heels
"Margay" @ The Landmark Department Store (PHP 649)
For whatever reason, ever since I turned 20, I ran out of high heels. I had so many back in high school / when I was a teen but sadly they got ruined because of me not using them at all. Now, I had to go to places that required me to have these types of shoes. So I went to the mall with my mom to get a pair. I guess that this is gonna be the start of me collecting high heels again because as soon as I tried them on, I suddenly remember how much I used to love these types of shoes.  Again, this was on sale (50% off if I remember correctly).

  • Peripera Ink Concealer #2 Blemish Hider Beige
SM Department Store (PHP 460)
First of all, isn't this the cutest concealer ever? I swear Peripera has the cutest packaging for their products. I was definitely in need of a new concealer because I ran out and at the same time, I have been wanting to try more products from this brand, specifically this concealer. I have tried this out yesterday and I feel like it works just as it says it does but we'll see in the long run I guess. Can I just point out that this looks almost the same as the lip inks? Truly a space saver on my makeup bag if this works well.

  • L'OREAL Paris True Match Foundation in G2 Gold Porcelain
SM Department Store (PHP 500 to PHP 400)
I am gonna be honest and say that I was lowkey sad that they changed the color range because I used to buy the perfect shade of foundation for myself from them way back which was the W3 Nude Beige (I made a review about this product back in 2015 HERE). So I had to again find the closest shade I could find from their new selection. The only thing that I didn't like from this before was that it didn't work well on me during hot weathers but I did like that it looks good on me during cold weathers. I remember it not giving me enough coverage before but now I'm willing to try it again. I do appreciate the new packaging because I do not have to pour the product onto my hands anymore because it finally has a pump and I feel like they added more products into it.

  • L'OREAL Paris Hair Dye in 6.13 Golden Nude Brown
The Landmark Department Store (PHP 399 to PHP 299)
This isn't really new to me or to anyone really since I've been very open about me coloring and cutting my own hair. The dye I use for my hair is this (after I bleach my hair.. I know it's complicated) and I got this again since I saw that they were on sale. I also do need to touch up my roots and color because it's been months and it's starting to fade.
Hope that you had a Merry Christmas and I'm wishing you to have a happy new year! But first, tell me what did you get for Christmas this year?

Product Empties || December 2017

I feel that emptying and clearing out my vanity is appropriate and much needed for the upcoming new year. This is me giving my vanity a "clean slate" as well because I have some serious organizing to do that I may need to get an additional shelf because one really isn't enough, but that is another conversation for another time. Right now, I'm just going to show what I managed to empty out and what I think of them.

  • Cathy Doll 99% Aloe Vera & Snail Serum Soothing Gel
PHP 199 - Robinsons Department Store
For me, Aloe Vera feels really nice on my skin so I got myself a bigger size of this one and continue to use it today. I'm the type of person who is so lazy with my skin care routine that I end up just using this on my face which is just fine and works well on its own. It helps my skin feel and look smoother which is what I would call a pick me up product whenever I feel that I look like crap. I actually made a more in depth post of this along with some of my other favorite products from Cathy Doll right here

  • Revlon Colorstay Foundation (Combination / Oily) 250 Fresh Beige
PHP 825 - SM Department Store
I seriously adore this foundation. It has really good coverage and lasts me all day, even if I start to sweat which isn't obvious at all with this foundation because it is still intact on my face as if I'm sweat free. This foundation looks great on me in pictures and in person because it doesn't look cakey and goes on smoothly on my skin with just one layer, I didn't really find the need to keep building it up because like I said, it did have good coverage which I didn't have to worry to pack on so much concealer after applying this foundation on my face. I will for sure get myself another one and would recommend for other people to try it as well.

  • Loreal True Match Super-blendable Makeup Foundation (Nude Beige W3 warm)
(Forgot the price) - SM Department Store
Okay, If I remember correctly, I bought this foundation a year ago and I've been using it on and off all because I was trying out other foundations in between. What I would say about this foundation is the shade is perfect, I'm not kidding it looks like my skin in a bottle. At first application it looks a little bit yellower, but when it sets in for awhile on my face, it definitely blends in my skin.

Applying this with a thin layer wouldn't really offer much coverage, the only thing it may do is balance out your skin color or cover up the redness to make the face color look even. If you would like more coverage from this foundation, putting more product would NOT be a problem if you put a little bit at a time to build it up. It doesn't look cakey on me although the downside is my skin is extremely oily and this foundation doesn't really help with that because it doesn't mattify my skin. So it would end up transfering to my clothes or my hands a lot and would leave only little product left on my face.

Besides all those cons, what I like about this foundation is the shade and it is very lightweight. As long as I manage my oily skin with oil sheets or translucent powder, it looks flawless on me. I like using it when I'm running quick errands wherein I have to look presentable so I will still get another one of this for that reason.

  • BENCH / paint box Brow Lasting Eyebrow Mascara
PHP 139 - BENCH / SM Megamall
I plan on making a blog post dedicated to all of my BENCH / paintbox makeup because I have a handful of recommendations from that brand, so I guess this will be a sneak peek.

I LOVE this eyebrow mascara, actually, I love this color which is Medium Brown. I tried out another shade which is Dark Brown but it came out a little dark and bold for my liking because I currently have light hair which doesn't really go together with dark brows. Anyway, this eyebrow mascara has been completing my look ever since I tried it. It helps me out whenever I applied a little too bold of an eyebrow pencil or if I'm too lazy or in a rush to do my eyebrows, I just brush my brows with these and I'm good to go. This eyebrow mascara makes my brows look fuller and neat because my brows are a little bit out of control with the hairs growing in different directions.

  • Maybelline Eye + Lip Make Up Remover
PHP 199 - Robinons Department Store
I feel like I've mentioned this before in this blog but I really like this makeup remover for my lips and mascara because it removes everything so easily. I don't have to keep scrubbing my eyes or lips just to remove everything which is super convenient for somebody as impatient as I am when it comes to removing makeup. It does leave an oily residue so I would recommend washing your face, cleanse, moisturize after using this product. Honestly, that is all that I could say about this product other than I already picked a new one up and would recommend anybody to try it.

  • Dove Refresh + Care Volume & Fullness Dry Shampoo
PHP 264.25 - Robinsons Department Store
Having colored hair, whether I like to admit it or not, I don't often wash my hair to maintain my hair color. Please do not hate me because of this but yes, I prolong my hair color by not washing it everyday, I only wash it like 3x-4x a week. So, I resort to the dry shampoo method. I've tried about 3 other brands of dry shampoo and so far, I like this one the best.

My hair gets oily really fast and I'm not exaggerating because I experience my hair getting oily only 9 hours after I washed it.  This dry shampoo does leave a little white mark but it isn't really a problem if you blend it well on your hair. This product smells so good and definitely removes the oiliness off my hair. Not to mention it helps a lot with styling my hair because it adds volume to my hair which I like a lot because I love big, bouncy and puffy hair from the roots. I've gone through 3 of these already for the past few months and I already have a new one that I'm currently using. I will have to restock on this soon.

  • Cream Silk Standout Straight Leave-on Cream
Watsons
I honestly could not remember the price of this product, but I'm pretty sure that it is less than PHP 100. I really don't use this all the time due to my laziness. Seriously, I have such a long routine that whenever it's time to put this on, I'm just exhausted or rather, I want everything to be done already and I'm dreading to put more things on myself.

I find this product to be very useful whenever I have to go on long commutes / have to ride public transportation. This prevents my hair to be too tangled and "crusty" from pollution and leaves it feeling so soft and smooth.

The only thing I dislike about this leave-on cream is the product doesn't come out easily. I'll have to keep pressing it and dealing with its fart like sounds until I could finish up the whole thing. Also, each packaging doesn't have that much product inside so I empty this out way too quickly than I hoped for. I also do not use a lot and only use this at the tips of my hair because if I apply so much of it and all over my hair, it would make my hair look flat and "oily-ish". Other than that, I still use this and would also recommend for anyone to try.

I've emptied out more products for the past few months but I forgot I do these types of posts and threw most of them away already before I could post it. So I'll have to remember to keep saving stuff and take pictures and notes before I throw it away. I usually empty out products even if I dislike them (if I wasn't able to give them away) because I feel bad for spending money on them. So you could expect more of these types of posts from me soon.

Disclosure: I am in no way sponsored by any of the brands / companies mentioned in this post. All opinions / statements made are based off of my own experience towards the products.

Two Things From Too Faced

For years of being a beauty junkie, I have always heard of the brand Too Faced. It is currently being known for its incredibly cute packaging and having a range of amazing quality beauty products to go with it. People have been raving on Too Faced products left and right that it could get overwhelming to choose which one to get first. I have to admit that the packaging of each product made me want to get every single one because other than me using it on my face, it would work so well as a vanity decoration (they are seriously so cute!).

Since there isn't any physical stores near my place, I browsed through Sephora PH and read about people's experience with each product to help me decide which one I should get and try out. Took me a little while but I decided to get 2 things from there.

It does smell like chocolate! When I first heard about this product smelling like chocolate, I was a bit skeptical because how could a product actually smell like that? Not gonna lie, I found myself popping this open whenever I see it just to get a whiff of the chocolate scent (Shh!). I do like that they finally included the name of each of the shades on the actual palette rather than having to keep the paper where you'd have to place it back on the palette to figure out each shade's name. It seriously bothered so much people that I'm glad they listened to their customer's requests.

For the actual product, the shades are all neutral which is quite easy to pair up with almost any look that you're going for. The colors are a mix of warm and cool tones, each one looking good with the other that you'll most likely be using every single shade. The pigmentation is good since you won't have to worry on going too overboard when you try to build up the color.

Some personal favorite shades of mine would be "Salted Caramel" because it looks so peachy that it almost looks natural whenever I apply it on my eye lid. "Triple Fudge" looks amazing when I smudge it on my eyeliner on the top and bottom because it makes it look softer around my eyes. I like to add "Marzipan" right in the middle all the time because it makes my eyes look bigger and more awake.

Too Faced Sweethearts Bronzer
PHP 1,618

This bronzer is both a shimmery cool bronzer and a shimmery warm bronzer. You could use either one but mixing them both on your brush really does create that very natural looking flush to your skin which makes it look radiant. I like how this looks subtle on the skin that when someone looks at you, they realize that you did something to your look but can't pinpoint what because of how glowing it makes your face look. The only shade that they do have at the moment is Sweet Tea which I think is the perfect shade for fair skinned people like me.

Unlike the Too Faced Chocolate Bar, this doesn't really have a scent to it other than what I feel how bronzers usually smell like. The packaging is a teal colored heart which I am so obsessed with since it gives my vanity that extra touch of decoration,  although I do feel like it is kinda too bulky for traveling purposes.  The longevity isn't really a problem for me which impressed me considering I live in such a humid place where makeup could practically melt off of your face at any minute. It stayed in tact without me having to retouch it.

Chanel N°5 Eau Première Perfume Review

Last March, I went to Duty Free to do some tax free shopping for me and my mom and brother. It is kind of a thing that we always do yearly when my mom comes home to the Philippines. We visit the Duty Free Fiesta Mall because if I'm not wrong, it's the biggest one here in the Philippines. Anyway, I have always wanted this perfume but I always backout when I reach the counter to get it because it does cost a lot of money (because of course, it is Chanel). When I got the chance to get it tax free, I just went ahead and got it.

Price: $109

What do I think about it?

I had a different expectation for this perfume since everybody keeps saying that it is more on the sexy side. This made me think that this must smell a bit strong but I found out that the stronger scent was the original one (the 1st one). I saw this Eau Premiere and came to find out that this is a much more muted or lighter scent, or what I would call the little sister of the original.

The scent is what I would call timeless. It gives off the old fashion or early years kind of vibe elegantly. It still has that sexy, sophisticated statement, but at the same time very modern with the clean, powdery scent that you could use on a daily as your signature scent.

If you are expecting the kind of "what is your perfume? It smells so good" kind of reaction when you wear this, it won't happen most of the time because someone would have to be really close to you to be able to smell this perfume on you.

The thing that I don't like about this is the longevity. It doesn't really last very long on your skin, just mostly about 2-3 hours and you'll need to reapply again.

The bottle is very simple, vintage and very minimalistic that pretty much focuses on the product inside and nothing more other than a little Chanel label here and there. Not really the 1st thing that people would notice when they peek at your fragrance collection, but hey, the simple ones are always the ones who are colorful inside.

Is it worth the money?

Yes, if you want to get started with buying high end or at least, Chanel type of perfumes, then I would recommend starting with this one. It is a classic perfume that again, like I said, is timeless. It is worth it if you want something that would smell amazing in whatever time it is.

Monthly Favorites | February 2017

Can you believe that it's already the 3rd month of the year? Man, and I thought 2016 was fast. It has been awhile since I've done a favorites and it's because I was going through products left and right and testing out almost everything that I could get my hands on. Now that I've gathered some products that I'm pretty sure I'll be repurchasing and will be using religiously, I'll be showing it to you guys just incase you're interested as well.

Just a little disclaimer, some of the products that I have here are some of what I've mentioned before along with some other items that I used for awhile. I'm just going to include the items that I loved and used religiously last February. Also, I am in no way sponsored by any brands mentioned in this post.

  • BENCH / paintbox Brow Lasting Eyebrow Mascara
PHP 89 (Original Price PHP 139) from BENCH/ at SM Megamall
I bought this eyebrow mascara last January while I was going to buy my favorite mascara from the same line. I haven't used this since last February because I was still trying to empty out my previous eyebrow mascara that I have used for as long as I can remember. I got this on sale, which was PHP 50 off from its regular price. I didn't have any expectations on this product since it was kind of cheap and I think that it would be worth the try. After using this eyebrow mascara for the first time, I instantly fell inlove with it. The color didn't look tacky, it helped my eyebrows look a little more full and it definitely stayed on my brows for awhile.

  • BENCH / paintbox Gel Shine Nail Polish in Warm Clay
PHP 69 from BENCH/ at SM Megamall

I remember that I posted somewhere raving about Bench paintbox nail polishes saying that they make really good quality polishes. Seriously, they could be comparable to the high end, well-known brands that most of us probably couldn't afford to buy. I first tried out the champagne shade of the Gel shine line from this brand and loved it. Champagne became my go-to nail polish so, I decided to try out this new shade. The thing that I like about this nail polish is that, the color payoff doesn't look harsh, it isn't too vibrant and it isn't too bright. I'm not sure how else to describe the color other than it looks like a "frosted" or "muted" or it's like when you use the VSCO app and press the "Fade" option. Other than the color, it does look like a Gel nail polish rather than a normal polish. This nail polish even beats the lasting power of a normal polish as well.

  • NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in London
PHP 390 from NYX at SM Megamall
These soft matte lip creams from NYX has always been a favorite of mine (it was one of the products that I've reviewed first on this blog). I think the thing that I love about these is that, there's a huge color or shade selection that you'll definitely find something that would suit your interest or what you see as something that would look good on you. For more of my review of this product, click here.
Anyway, London is the shade I have been obsessively wearing almost every other day when I have to go out of the house. It is that simple nude type of shade that isn't too natural looking, isn't too pale or grayish, it has a hint of orange into it that I think suits my skin color and the look that I was going for.

  • Cathy Doll Aloe Vera & Snail Serum Soothing Gel
PHP 199 from Robinsons Department Store at Robinsons Antipolo
Of course, you will see some products of the brand that I'm currently obsessing on which is Cathy Doll. You could see some of my other picks from this brand right here.
This Serum has been a life saver for the past month. I was going through a dry skin phase in some parts of my face. This is one of the moisturizers that doesn't break me out and the stickiness of it only lasts a few minutes until it sets into my skin and makes it feel smoother and of course, moisturized.

  • Cathy Doll Eyelash Curler
PHP 179 from Robinsons Department Store at Robinsons Antipolo
Okay, I get it, eyelash curlers are so easy to find almost everywhere. But here is my take on it, I have bought eyelash curlers that are cheaper than this one and I always witness some of my eyelashes falling out after trying to curl it using the curler. Now, I'm pretty sure that I wasn't pressing too hard nor was I pulling on my lashes. I just don't know why. I decided to buy this eyelash curler because I lost the extra one that I had (I always have to have something extra for whatever reason because it bothers me if I don't, yeap, idk too). I love that whenever I use this, I don't experience any of my eyelashes falling out and I don't have to press on my lashes over and over again using this curler because once is enough for my lashes to curl. I also noticed that my lashes lasts longer throughout the day / night even without the use of a mascara. If you're wondering, I tried to curl my lashes before I went to bed and I woke up with my lashes looking like how I did them the night before.

  • Dear Darling Tint 05
PHP 99 from 2358 at Sta. Lucia
I bought this around October last year at the 2358 store and have been using it ever since. To see more of what I got around that time, click here. Last month however, I was just obsessed with it that it actually became a necessity whenever I do my makeup, whether it'll be a full face of makeup or just a natural simple look.
What makes me love this product so much is that it's easy to apply on my cheeks and lips, it blends easily and doesn't leave those lines on your cheeks where you first placed them before spreading it out. The color isn't that pigmented which is fine for me because it means I wouldn't have to worry about putting way too much and could build my way into a color that I'm comfortable in. For the lips, I have experienced some lip tints just sinking into the lines of my lips or some dry parts of my lips which just looks horrible. This however doesn't make my lips look dry and the color doesn't fade easily, which is what most of us would want in a lip and cheek tint. I almost emptied this one out so for sure I'll be buying another one to two when I pass by Sta. Lucia again.

  • Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
PHP 249 from Robinsons Department Store at Robinsons Antipolo
Micellar water has made its way into the beauty community recently and it just makes every beauty junkie want to get their hands on it. It made everybody curious on how "water" could easily remove makeup, especially eye and lip makeup easier than a makeup wipe. Well, to be honest with you, idk the scientific explanation for it. I only know that when I tried this, it just removed all of my makeup quickly and easily. I could say that this ain't cheap though, but at the same time you wouldn't really need to use a whole lot whenever you remove a day's makeup. I think its just a good option to have if you are just tired of trying to wipe that eye makeup off and having to purchase a separate one than your makeup wipes that would do the job.

Cathy Doll Picks!

Lately, I've been discovering more and more products that I love from Cathy Doll. I always loved using Korean products because they probably give the best results for my skin. Whether we admit it or not, Koreans (atleast, most of whom I've seen) has amazing skin, so why not try out products that are Korean inspired?

To start things off, I am in no way sponsored or have been sent these products to review or test out. I purchased all of them with my own money due to curiosity and in need of a new skin care product and makeup.

  • Acne Solution Serum Foam Cleanser
PHP 299 at SM Megamall

I've been using this product the longest out of all of these so I could definitely say that it has worked wonders for me. I started out using the sachet version because a) I wanted to test out the product first if it would irritate my skin or not and b) because they didn't sell the larger or tube version at first. I bought like 3 of the sachets to use for 2 and a half weeks just to see a hint of results, by then I felt that my skin has been feeling and looking okay with this and at the same time, they started selling the bigger version so, I immediately bought it. The saleslady that was assisting me at that time told me that this is a cleanser and toner in one, so I wouldn't have to worry about using an additional product as a toner after using this.

  • So Happy Berry Yogurt Peeling Gel
PHP 499 at Robinsons Department Store in Robinsons Antipolo

This was actually a product that I was kind of iffy about buying due to its price and how fast I'll probably go through it. So again, I tried using the sachet version which I bought from the same place, it costed about PHP 49 (more or less) for a single one. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the sachet is good for one use only since it doesn't exactly have a seal and it doesn't contain a whole lot of product inside.
So, when using it, you apply it all over your face by doing a circular motion with your hands. This tends to remove some inactive skin cells from your face (you will actually see and feel it falling), and this happens quite quickly so I'd rather you do it on the sink in your bathroom to avoid the mess it's going to make. After that, you just rinse it and your done. After using it, you would notice that your skin looks brighter and feels smoother. I would say that it is worth the price since you only need a small amount every time and I only use it twice or a maximum of 3 times a week depending on how my skin feels.

  • 99% Aloe Vera & Snail Serum Soothing Gel
PHP 199 at Robinsons Department Store in Robinsons Antipolo
I'm not exactly sure if this is a new release, but I haven't really seen this before. If I did, I probably skipped it due to the fact that snails actually give me the creeps but hey, curiosity lead me into buying this when I first saw it. But anyway, my skin has been going through a weird phase wherein sometimes I have really oily skin, but then a few weeks later, I'll suffer from very dry skin. To be honest, I don't know why, probably due to my diet or lack of sleep, I've yet to find out. Due to my experience with the 2 skin care products from this line, I decided to browse through the Cathy doll stall again and I saw this which wasn't really there when I last visited. It says that this product can be used as a skin moisturizer anytime your skin is feeling dry. So, that's what got me interested, since I needed a decent moisturizer and my skin was definitely feeling dry at that time. Also, the price isn't all that bad compared to the last 2 that I bought. I now use this for my face all the time because I could actually feel that it's working, like my skin is definitely moisturized and the stickiness of this product after putting it on your face lasts only a few minutes until it sets in and gives a smooth finish. I only use about 2 pea size amounts on my face so, I guess this would last me a little bit longer than expected.

  • AA Matte Powder Cushion Oil Control SPF 50 PA +++
PHP 449 at SM Megamall
*Price not exactly sure since I keep seeing different prices online, but yes I only bought it for 449 a few weeks ago.

This is the newest product that I decided to try on their line. If you're a beauty junkie like I am, you've probably heard of this cushion foundation that almost everybody is trying out. Seriously though, it is quite a trend since it's practically a foundation, concealer and powder all in one because it has coverage and sets by itself. Also, it has SPF which means you don't have to worry about putting on sunscreen especially when you're a person who is practically always on the go. I have been researching about good cushion foundations and have decided on trying out some other brand, though I was going back and forth if I should buy it or not especially when the price range is above a thousand pesos (what if I won't like it right?). I again, browsed through the Cathy Doll stall to see more products that they have and I stumbled upon this. First of all, I like that it said Matte on it because my skin honestly handles being dewy on its own most of the time so, matte has been a perfect choice for me. It also says that it is an AA Powder cushion. On the box, it says that this product includes the 9 effects of AA which are auto aura, whitening, moisturizing, covering blemish, cooling, sun protection, oil control, quick step using, tone correcting, that are all of which, what most of us are looking for when buying products similar to this. Second, the price was what I considered reasonable since comparing it to the other brand that I first saw, it is a lot cheaper.
Top: No makeup, Bottom: With AA Cushion Powder (Just used my Cathy Doll Eyelash Curler, more details below)

So, I tried it and I have to say that it covered all of my insecurities and problems on my face. I have spent less time doing my makeup due to this because it means less time for blending, concealing and setting. It didn't fade throughout the day as I feared that it would, but even if it did, I wouldn't really have a problem of reapplying it since it doesn't crease or have signs of product build up. I also noticed that I don't feel my face getting all greased up in the middle of the day when I use this, so I could definitely say that this is perfect for people who has oily skin.

  • Eyelash Curler

PHP 179 at Robinsons Department Store in Robinsons Antipolo.

Okay, I get it, some of you may think that Eyelash curlers are easy to find since they're practically everywhere which are much cheaper or more expensive. Hear me out, I've been using cheap eyelash curlers for awhile and I always experience pressing into my eyelashes too much that my lashes either breaks or falls out. I never really looked into that too much, but I decided to pick this one up since I thought that I may need a new one since I lost my extra curler a few weeks ago. I could definitely tell the difference from my PHP 18 eyelash curler that I got at a store near my place. This one from Cathy Doll felt like I wasn't pressing into my lashes too hard and I didn't need to do it over and over again for my lashes to follow. Another addition to that is, I haven't experienced my lashes falling out like I've witnessed from using my cheap curlers. This also includes one replacement rubber pad for when you want to change the ones that are already placed into the curler.

What are your favorite products from Cathy Doll that you would recommend me to try out? Don't forget to tell me what other lines of products that you're interested for me to give my top picks on down on the comment box.

Disclaimer: These are my personal picks from this brand that are based on what I've tried so far and what I would actually recommend people to test out themselves. But please do remember that our skins are different, some things will work for me and maybe not so much for you and vice versa, so I would also advise you to do your research first if you are curious about a certain product.
