Monthly Favorites | February 2017

Can you believe that it's already the 3rd month of the year? Man, and I thought 2016 was fast. It has been awhile since I've done a favorites and it's because I was going through products left and right and testing out almost everything that I could get my hands on. Now that I've gathered some products that I'm pretty sure I'll be repurchasing and will be using religiously, I'll be showing it to you guys just incase you're interested as well.

Just a little disclaimer, some of the products that I have here are some of what I've mentioned before along with some other items that I used for awhile. I'm just going to include the items that I loved and used religiously last February. Also, I am in no way sponsored by any brands mentioned in this post.

  • BENCH / paintbox Brow Lasting Eyebrow Mascara
PHP 89 (Original Price PHP 139) from BENCH/ at SM Megamall
I bought this eyebrow mascara last January while I was going to buy my favorite mascara from the same line. I haven't used this since last February because I was still trying to empty out my previous eyebrow mascara that I have used for as long as I can remember. I got this on sale, which was PHP 50 off from its regular price. I didn't have any expectations on this product since it was kind of cheap and I think that it would be worth the try. After using this eyebrow mascara for the first time, I instantly fell inlove with it. The color didn't look tacky, it helped my eyebrows look a little more full and it definitely stayed on my brows for awhile.

  • BENCH / paintbox Gel Shine Nail Polish in Warm Clay
PHP 69 from BENCH/ at SM Megamall

I remember that I posted somewhere raving about Bench paintbox nail polishes saying that they make really good quality polishes. Seriously, they could be comparable to the high end, well-known brands that most of us probably couldn't afford to buy. I first tried out the champagne shade of the Gel shine line from this brand and loved it. Champagne became my go-to nail polish so, I decided to try out this new shade. The thing that I like about this nail polish is that, the color payoff doesn't look harsh, it isn't too vibrant and it isn't too bright. I'm not sure how else to describe the color other than it looks like a "frosted" or "muted" or it's like when you use the VSCO app and press the "Fade" option. Other than the color, it does look like a Gel nail polish rather than a normal polish. This nail polish even beats the lasting power of a normal polish as well.

  • NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in London
PHP 390 from NYX at SM Megamall
These soft matte lip creams from NYX has always been a favorite of mine (it was one of the products that I've reviewed first on this blog). I think the thing that I love about these is that, there's a huge color or shade selection that you'll definitely find something that would suit your interest or what you see as something that would look good on you. For more of my review of this product, click here.
Anyway, London is the shade I have been obsessively wearing almost every other day when I have to go out of the house. It is that simple nude type of shade that isn't too natural looking, isn't too pale or grayish, it has a hint of orange into it that I think suits my skin color and the look that I was going for.

  • Cathy Doll Aloe Vera & Snail Serum Soothing Gel
PHP 199 from Robinsons Department Store at Robinsons Antipolo
Of course, you will see some products of the brand that I'm currently obsessing on which is Cathy Doll. You could see some of my other picks from this brand right here.
This Serum has been a life saver for the past month. I was going through a dry skin phase in some parts of my face. This is one of the moisturizers that doesn't break me out and the stickiness of it only lasts a few minutes until it sets into my skin and makes it feel smoother and of course, moisturized.

  • Cathy Doll Eyelash Curler
PHP 179 from Robinsons Department Store at Robinsons Antipolo
Okay, I get it, eyelash curlers are so easy to find almost everywhere. But here is my take on it, I have bought eyelash curlers that are cheaper than this one and I always witness some of my eyelashes falling out after trying to curl it using the curler. Now, I'm pretty sure that I wasn't pressing too hard nor was I pulling on my lashes. I just don't know why. I decided to buy this eyelash curler because I lost the extra one that I had (I always have to have something extra for whatever reason because it bothers me if I don't, yeap, idk too). I love that whenever I use this, I don't experience any of my eyelashes falling out and I don't have to press on my lashes over and over again using this curler because once is enough for my lashes to curl. I also noticed that my lashes lasts longer throughout the day / night even without the use of a mascara. If you're wondering, I tried to curl my lashes before I went to bed and I woke up with my lashes looking like how I did them the night before.

  • Dear Darling Tint 05
PHP 99 from 2358 at Sta. Lucia
I bought this around October last year at the 2358 store and have been using it ever since. To see more of what I got around that time, click here. Last month however, I was just obsessed with it that it actually became a necessity whenever I do my makeup, whether it'll be a full face of makeup or just a natural simple look.
What makes me love this product so much is that it's easy to apply on my cheeks and lips, it blends easily and doesn't leave those lines on your cheeks where you first placed them before spreading it out. The color isn't that pigmented which is fine for me because it means I wouldn't have to worry about putting way too much and could build my way into a color that I'm comfortable in. For the lips, I have experienced some lip tints just sinking into the lines of my lips or some dry parts of my lips which just looks horrible. This however doesn't make my lips look dry and the color doesn't fade easily, which is what most of us would want in a lip and cheek tint. I almost emptied this one out so for sure I'll be buying another one to two when I pass by Sta. Lucia again.

  • Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
PHP 249 from Robinsons Department Store at Robinsons Antipolo
Micellar water has made its way into the beauty community recently and it just makes every beauty junkie want to get their hands on it. It made everybody curious on how "water" could easily remove makeup, especially eye and lip makeup easier than a makeup wipe. Well, to be honest with you, idk the scientific explanation for it. I only know that when I tried this, it just removed all of my makeup quickly and easily. I could say that this ain't cheap though, but at the same time you wouldn't really need to use a whole lot whenever you remove a day's makeup. I think its just a good option to have if you are just tired of trying to wipe that eye makeup off and having to purchase a separate one than your makeup wipes that would do the job.

Disclosure: I am in no way sponsored by any of the brands / companies mentioned in this post. All opinions / statements made are based off of my own experience towards the products.

Monthly Goals | November 2016

Lately, I've seen so many bloggers doing a checklist of what they've planned and achieved for a month. Basically, it's a list of their goals for a month for their personal and blogging life which inspired me to create my own. I guess this is for me to track down my progress as well as motivation for me to actually work towards my goal.

  • Publish a blog post at least 3x a week
I just recently came back to blogging again and I really missed writing. I used to have a goal around the same time last year to post almost everyday but I gotta admit that it was kind of draining. Now, I do want to stay active and just write so I'll try to at least publish a post 3x a week, probably more but we'll see. This is just for me to get back into the rhythm.

  • Updating my old blog posts
This includes uploading better photos, some more thoughts on the subject and just really taking time to make it more high quality. I'm kind of embarrassed that some of my most viewed posts have quite the unappealing photos or way too few information. So, I'll try my very best to fix those up this month.

  • Collaborate with someone
Be it a brand or another blogger. I haven't collaborated with brands for awhile and I am quite open about trying out new products or learning new information so we will see. I would like to collaborate with another blogger although I don't really know who yet or what's it going to be about, I just know that I would want to experience it soon because I would want to make new blogger friends and it looks kind of fun doesn't it?

  • Finish reading a book
It has actually been more than 5 months since I last finished reading a book so maybe I should start one again soon. Reading has actually gave me a few inspirations of the blog posts that I posted before so maybe reading again will give me more ideas for future posts.

  • Finish 1st Semester of online uni.
I'm doing online uni and I'm excited to finish my 1st semester of this year. Hopefully I'll be able to finish it within this month and catch up to everybody else. I love learning and all but let's be honest, studying isn't really that fun so I'm also excited to be done with it.

So, those are my goals for this month. Not really much but hey, baby steps is a good way to start. I will be updating you guys by the end of the month of the things I achieved and what I did not achieve and hopefully a new list of goals for December.

What are your goals for November?

Monthly Favorites || November 2015

The end of the month...
Christmas is coming..
New Year is coming...
Why am I growing up so fast?

You know that time when you reach a certain age where you're like "slow the fudge down time!" Well anyway, one day at a time so today I will be showing you guys the products or things that I loved during this month of November and what I recommend you guys checking out.

Beauty Products!

Quick FX No-Shine Mattifier

PHP 89 (1.89 USD). I actually can't believe I haven't done a review about this because this is a holy grail primer for Filipinas or you know, has the quick fx brand in their country. It's super cheap and does help your makeup stay in tact for the rest of the day. It however doesn't hide the pores but still is a really good primer a 10g sachet lasts for awhile since you only need a few product on some parts of your face and it has a resealable cap which makes it great for traveling purposes too. It's usually sold out on most places so be sure to keep an eye out so you could get 1 or hoard like me.

Silky Girl Moisture Rich Lipstick in 28 Sensual

PHP 149 (3.16 USD) .Another cheap product that you can get your hands on is this lipstick. The brand isn't quite familiar to many but this lipstick is very promising and long lasting, I can get into more of that HERE

Terra Cotta Blush in 01

PHP 280 (5.93 USD) from theclosetqueen on Instagram. I use this as a highlighter because of it's shade and it is very subtle when applied to the face so it will need building up but I guess that's what I like about it because I could adjust it to whatever I want it to look like. Really easy to apply and have found myself reaching for this whenever I do my makeup. A photo and review of this product HERE.

Chic Nail Polish in Gypsetter from the boho chic! Collection

Periwinkle blue nails? Uh, yes! I swear that this will be a staple color of mine because of how good it looks on almost anything I wear. It's easy on the eyes but makes people do a double take on what shade it is because it really is just so pretty! I do add my ORLY matte top coat after this polish because I just love matte nails and it makes it look even prettier. And not gonna lie, it reminded me so much of Ariana Grande because I always see her photos with this kind hue to it. PHP 33 (0.70 USD)

Non-beauty related things

Q&A A Day: 5 Year Journal

I have been wanting this ever since the 1st time I saw it from either tumblr or bubzbeauty which is years ago. If you don't know what this is, it's gives a question a day for you to answer all year. It says 5 years because you would have to answer the same questions a year or so after to see how you've changed or haven't changed. A perfect gift to give for somebody if they love writing on journals. Read more of this journal HERE.

Spotify Playlist

The tunes I blasted constantly during this month. If you've been following me on snapchat you'd probably heard some of these from there already. So if you aren't following me there yet, my id is blissyjojo.

Hope that you enjoyed and found this post helpful and if you have any more questions, suggestions or request, leave a comment below and I'll reply as soon as I see it.

How about you though? What were your favorites for this month?

Disclosure: The Terra Cotta Blusher was sent to me by theclosetqueen on Instagram but statements and opinions made are based on my own experience from using their product.

Monthly Favorites | October 2015

It is as if I just blinked and the whole month of October just went by.
Hello everybody welcome back to my favorite post every month and it is my monthly favorites. Today I will round up all the products or things that I've been using and loving for the whole month of October. If you are a regular reader of my blog, you would know that I became a tad festive with my look this past Halloween party so most of the products that I used there will be mentioned here.

Chromastix Hair Chalk Intense
P99 (2.12 USD) from SM Depatment store at SM Megamall
I actually didn't think that this would come out so intense on my hair (my hair is bleached so maybe that's why) but it did and what I did was I just sprayed my hair with water and rub the chalk on that section and then sealed it with my hair straightener. It does leave my hair a bit dry looking and not smooth and it has been 5 days at the moment (when I made this) after the Halloween Party and I still have some hint of pink and blue on my hair. So if you're looking for one that would last you for awhile, this one is the best way to go plus it's pretty cheap, it comes with 6 colors: Dark blue (although it came out as a sky blue color on my hair), yellow, purple, pink, orange and red.

Note: The Chromastix with applicator didn't work that well for me, I don't know if it's because I use it too hard but the chalk that was in it kept sinking. And these individual sized chalks aren't refillers for them.

Rucy's Vanity Gleamy Lavish Waterproof Mascara in Black

P180 (3.85 USD) *this was sent to me but you can view it on their website.
I kinda side step every time Mascara is the topic of a conversation because I really hate the fact that most mascaras are expensive but you could actually just use it for 2-3 months before it expires and I always have to buy the expensive ones because none of the cheaper alternatives work for me, that is, until I used this product. It is super cheap and my eye lashes easily curled without even using an eyelash curler. For a more in depth review, click HERE.

Daddy O Purple Shampoo

P325 (6.95 USD) from Lush
If you've seen some of my photos for awhile, you would know that I have bleached my hair a couple of times, ombre / balayage style. I bought this a month ago and have been using it once or twice a week as my shampoo and my blonde hair became shinier and less brassy looking. I think that the only downside of this shampoo (at least for me) is that it left my hair feeling a little dry so I would recommend still using a conditioner and a hair mask after this. I only bought the smallest size since I wanted to test it out first and so far so good and I'll have to purchase a bigger one next time because for sure, I won't be having a hair cut anytime soon and my hair is hella thick so this small size would only last me for a short time.

Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Intense Black

P745 (16.03 USD) from Rustan's Shangri-la
I made a whole review of this product so if you would wanna read that click HERE but this is actually the eyeliner that I used to draw the cobweb on my eyes last Halloween party and it never faded even as I was sweating my way to the night.

Color My Brows in #6

P498 (10.90 USD) from Etude House
I actually featured this product before if I'm not wrong but that was the smaller size and the number was #2 and I remember that I kept complaining that I finished up 1 little tube so quickly so I always end up buying more of it. When I saw that they had this one, I immediately asked if the colors are the same, did some swatches and just purchased it because now I don't have to complain of finishing one little tube too fast because this is a bigger sized one and if I do, then it is me who has the problem and not the product. (haha!). Anyway, holy grail eyebrow gel so if you get the chance to test it out, please do, you'll love the color selections and how it stays onto your brows for the rest of the day.

Nichido Tru Lashes Eyelash Adhesive

P60 (1.31 USD) from SM Department Store
I'm not really that familiar with eyelash adhesives but this certainly didn't disappoint me. I used this glue for my fake lashes during the Halloween party and I didn't have to worry about it falling off or moving around because it really just stays in place. Easy to apply and to take off so if you're finding a good eyelash adhesive, try this one out.

Real Natura Organics Soft Matte Lip Gem in Caramel Glaze

P659 (14.42 USD) *this was sent to me but you can find them on Instagram @realnaturaorganics
I've been noticing that I've picked this lipstick up more than usual these past few weeks. Totally a comfortable shade to wear for everyday. You could see more of my swatches and review on the other shades here to compare. Plus, it's organic, you gotta love cruelty free products right?

So those are the beauty products, now let's talk about some random favorites like.. you know, clothing pieces and hobbies stuff?

Super Skinny Ankle Jeans

Original Price P1690 (36.37 USD) but I got it for P700 (15.06 USD) at H&M
I'm usually more of a jean shorts kind of girl but I guess these pants are an exception. Ever since I bought it, I've been wearing it every time me and my brother go out that it is unreal. My jean shorts are being neglected at this point and I'm kinda leaning on the comfy + fashionable jeans life.

Bad Girls Don't Die by: Katie Alender

Last Halloween, I did a series post so if you haven't checked that out then please do because some of the posts there I recommended some of my Halloween movies, DIY, books etc. and one of the things I loved the most from there is this book and I admit that if I didn't have a friend recommend this to me, I would never dare pick it up because of it's cover. Once you're reading it, it does get a bit spooky but not too overwhelming since the author did keep a right amount of balance into the story. So if you wanna read more of my review about this and other books that have the same spooky factor click HERE.

Playlist

I made a compilation or playlist of songs that I played over and over again during October and hope that you would like it too!

So those have been my October favorites and I hope that you have found this useful and comment down below if you tried or liked anything in here and how it worked for you. I'm also open for suggestions so if you have any recommendations for me to try out, please don't hesitate to tell me.

Monthly Favorites | September 2015

I can't believe how fast the time is passing by this year, I'm also proud of myself that I only missed 1 day of blog posting for this whole month and I kinda think that it's pretty fun and teaches me to plan ahead of time, if you'd like to hear about my experience, do read my 100th blog post all about it Anyway, onto my favorites for this month, I've done alot of hauls so narrowing them down to the things that I truly adore was pretty tough, so here they are:

To start off, I would tell you about this amazing brush and it is the elf Professional Blending Eye Brush P149.75 ($3.19 USD). I bought this during my drugstore haul  along with some other brushes and this one would have to be my favorite of all of them. I love the fact that this was pretty cheap but does it's job pretty well. I don't have to push this brush too much into my skin so just using a light hand to blend out any harsh lines on my eye makeup is great.

The lol (Lots Of Love) Cosmetics Bronzing Powder P139 ($2.96 USD). I still have a love-hate relationship with this product but I kinda leaned in to actually using it more often for days when I just wanna look simple but still put an effort to my look. For a more indepth review, click HERE.

Bobbie Cosmetics Poof! Concealer P100 ($2.14 USD). The brand bobbie is what I sometimes use for my manicure brand. Just recently did I know and saw that they had a cosmetics line. I checked that out and found that their products are inexpensive and has really cute packaging. I picked up this cream concealer and it is the 2nd lightest shade (They only have 3 shades) which is the CN-02. I'm pretty fair skinned so I was surprised that the lightest shade was too light for me and this one is a tone lighter but the 3rd one was too dark. I settled for this one for using as a highlight or for under the eyes. Read my detailed review all about this product HERE.

For lipstick, I have the Rimmel London Lasting Finish Matte by: Kate Moss Lipstick in 107. I just really love this color and although it is abit different of what I would usually wear, it helps me feel confident but not too bold for my taste, for a more indepth review click HERE.

Image from play.google

Another unusual favorite of mine is a new app that I'm quite addicted to and it is the Dear Future Self, app. I featured this app on my 3 Cool Apps That Every Blogger Should Have and this app basically lets you send yourself a text whenever you need to receive it eg: a minute, 10 minutes, an hour or more after you hit send. With this, it'll remind you of what you need to do while you're on-the go. Plus, it is available to use offline without any load or credits used.

Image from play.google

Duolingo, an app that has been keeping me entertained / busy this month and what I recommend you to try if you are wanting to learn a few languages or just freshen up what you already know. It is pretty helpful and if you got the spare time then why not right? It is fun to learn something new everyday.

For books, I recently read "Slammed" by: Colleen Hoover. I could definitely relate to the story since I'm somehow going through the same thing. With this, I thought that, I'm not the only one experiencing some things and some people just have it worse and I should be lucky for what I do have at the moment. Worth the read if you are looking for one at the moment. I'm currently reading the sequel or next book for this series.

Another book that I recently read and loved is #Girlboss by: Sophie Amorouso (aka the founder of Nasty Gal). Her story before and while starting out with her company was what I would call refreshing. She was pretty unique and courageous, a sudden change of what I hear most of the time from famous women. I highly recommend this if you are looking for inspiration or just wanna know the history of Nasty gal.

Alright so those have been my favorites for this month and I hope that this was somehow helpful and comment down below if you have tried any of these things and how it worked out for you or if you have any suggestions for me to try out and I'll be sure to reply as soon as I can.

Ps: I recently had a simple milestone, read all about it HERE

Monthly Favorites | August 2015

Hello everybody! So August is my birth month and I am very sad that it has gone by so quickly. I've gotta say that this month wasn't exactly my best of the year but I'm still pretty thankful that there are some little things that manages to make me smile. With that, here are the things that I have been using very frequently during this month. And also, I have decided to actually put direct links on where you would be able to find it and get it for yourselves too.

Play #25 manicure from Etude House. P128 ($2.74). I have been only using this color for the whole month and I think until the first half of September. This is one of the best examples (for me) of what color I will never get sick of looking and also, works pretty well with every occasion or just a casual day. Very easy to pair up with other colors from my clothes and makeup. And as you all may already know, I really love the Etude House Play collection.

Orly Matte Top Coat. P499.75 ($10.71). I got this at SM Department Store In SM Megamall but HERE is an alternative link. Get it here. I've always been a huge matte "fanatic", I just love and appreciate everything matte because I think that it is something that cannot be overdone. I have been eyeing this top coat for awhile and decided to finally get it during my birthday shopping and honestly, I do not regret it, I just love it and you would see me play with this alot. I also made a review on this product, check it out HERE.

Prettywhenpinched Lip and Cheek Tint from Bench. P180 ($3.86). Not gonna lie, this is an old product of mine that I purchased way back but never really appreciated it, although it used to be a holy grail during my high school days. So, I started reusing it this month and every so often when I glance at the mirror I could see why I loved this product so much back in the day. It isn't subtle at all, but it does go perfectly fine on my skin which I am very happy about. I'm not quite sure if this product still looks the same or has the same packaging or formula since I haven't visited a bench store for awhile but I'm sure it is still available. The only downside I could say about this product is when you apply it, you will need to be abit precise on how much you put into your face and also quickly blend it in since it is pigmented and dries up pretty fast.

Purederm Argan Oil Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes. P79.75 ($1.74). I got this at SM Department Store in SM Megamall, but it is also available in Watsons. This product is what I am absolutely raving about and I know that I am getting quite annoying with this because it is just a makeup remover but with my experience of makeup removers, I just cannot find that one thing that would completely remove stubborn eye makeup and with this, it removes it with minimal effort, just a few swipes and the eye makeup is gone. It is pretty cheap and worth every penny. For more of an in depth review of this product, click HERE.

Denim shorts from Forever 21. The price of this was originally P1,015 ($22.17) but after the 50% off, it was P507.50 ($11.09). Couldn't really find this in their website anymore. I recently got this during my birthday haul and I have been wearing it so much ever since. I threw it in the laundry a couple of times but once it dries, I just quickly put it on and use it again. I seriously cannot explain more on why I love this shorts so much rather than I'm just so comfortable on using it and it looks great.

Penryn And The End Of Days Series by: Susan Ee. See them HERE. I have been finding books that I would again love and have been abit unsuccessful with that during this month, however, I did stumble upon this book while searching for reviews and recommendations on the web and after reading the first book, I got quite addicted to it that I got myself the other 2 books too and have finished reading  them all in just a few days. I highly recommend this if you are up for a good read especially if you are the type to enjoy fantasy stories, or if you are just finding something that would help you pass the time.
So those have been my favorites for this month and do leave a comment below if you have tried out these products too and how much did you like them? Also comment if you have any more questions or suggestions for me whether it'll be a similar or new product or just blogging tips or ideas.

Hope that this has helped you if you are looking into getting these products. Thanks for reading and until the next blog!

Monthly Favorites [June 2015]

Yes! It is monthly favorites time! This is probably my most favorite thing to blog about because I prepare quite a lot for it and really think about the things I've been obsessing on. And I also like watching or reading about favorites because I end up with a really long list of things to get my hands on, so if I do the same to you, I apologize. So this month hasn't really been a shopping month for me since I just bought 1 or 2 products this month but all of these are what I kept using repeatedly throughout June. Let's get started!

Alright, The Guess Seductive "I'm Yours" Perfume. So as you guys could see I almost finished up the bottle because it is just so good that I never leave home without it sprayed on me and yes, going out and walking around the subdivision counts. I am just super obsessed with this.

Price and where did I buy it?
I didn't, my mom did and she just sent it to me all the way from Israel. And since it's a gift, I don't know how much was it. But in Amazon it says that it is $30.98.

Why is it my favorite? Because besides from me obsessing over it, my friends just said that I smelled unique and they like it. Very fragrant but not too overpowering and it lasts on me all day even if I'm sweating so badly.

The Stila All Day Liquid Lipstick in 03 Patina. So this liquid lipstick is now my holy grail lipstick ever! I had so much doubts before I even got it because of my dry lips, but after trying it out, it was no longer an issue to me. The color is amazing on every skin type and I honestly will wanna get the other colors too like Aria and Beso. I also did a review about this product and you can read about it HERE.

Price and where did I buy it?P1,250 ($27.71) at Rustan's Shangri-la Mall. Yeap a bit overpriced here compared to other countries who only have them for about $22.

Why is it your favorite? Well besides of it being actually moisturizing and has an amazing color, it really lasts on your lips all day! I wouldn't really have to worry about it coloring my teeth because it doesn't bleed or transfer and it has a matte finish.

Moving on, This is a bag from Parisian. It doesn't really have a name (or I just couldn't find it on their site) but for me it looks amazing. I have been using this bag everyday ever since I bought it and I would say, it is totally worth the price.

Price and where did I buy it?
P1,000 ($22.12) at the SM Department Store in SM Megamall.

Why is it my favorite? This bag is pretty cheap compared to the other bags out there that probably looks exactly the same as this, I love and hate the fact that you can't really open the bag easily, so you won't have to worry about other people sticking their hand inside your bag when you carry this around. It is super cute and I've been looking everywhere for a bag like this but the bags I usually find are way too expensive and way too small. This one is pretty much a decent size since I have a bad habit of carrying so much stuff whenever I leave the house.

Omigosh, I got this dress from Forever 21 and have been loving it ever since. The dress ends a little higher above the knee and the sleeves end above your elbow. It also has a little black ribbon in the middle that doesn't run so you won't have to worry about ruining it.

Price and where did I buy it?
P1,275 ($28.20) at Forever 21 in SM Megamall

Why is it my favorite? It looks super cute alone and then when I wear it, it flatters my body type without it being too tight, too short or too baggy. It really fits perfectly and I am finding every excuse for me to wear it. It isn't too dressy and can be worn as an everyday dress.

I have been practically living in this shirt for the longest time. When I'm done with it, I wash it and when its dry, I wear it again. Everybody notices it due to my selfie taking with this as my shirt. I don't mind. I love it.

Why is it my favorite? Because it is super comfy even if it is super hot right now in the Philippines, wearing this won't really make me wanna take it off, it works well with the weather. I love stripes and I think that it looks great on me. If H&M had different colors of these, I for sure would get them. Sadly they only had black which I'm not complaining, I love black anyway xD.

For snacks, I am very much addicted to Puto Seko. It is a Filipino rice-based cookie. I have been loving this since I was a kid but I stopped for awhile for I don't know what reason but recently find myself reaching out for it everytime me and my brother head to the groceries.

Why is it my favorite? I just love how it just melts in your mouth and no need for you to keep biting it as if its a jawbreaker. I don't necessarily have a favorite brand or recipe for it, as long as I hear it is Puto Seko, then I'm down. I love snacking on these.

Lastly, Music. Last month I was addicted to listening to Zella Day on a loop (And I still do until today) but now I am loving Tove Lo's Truth Serum album too! This and Zella Day's Kicker album songs are on my most played list on my ipad.

Why is it my favorite? Because for me her voice and her lyrics are quite unique but aren't really that deep. My friends didn't knew who Zella Day was and when I made them listen, they said I was darn too deep and then when I talked about Tove Lo, They just loved her. I can't even explain more on why I love it, just go listen and you'll know what I mean.

So that has been my favorites for the month of June 2015. Are anyone of these things your favorite too? Hit the comment section below to tell me what was your favorites for this month because honestly, I love love love favorites and could go on all day just watching and reading other people's post about it.
